The COVID-19  Waiver must be either  mailed or brought into the parish office. The completed E-Sign forms can be emailed to:

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

We are happy that your child(ren) will be joining us for religious education at Christ Our Redeemer! Below you will find the registration form and at left you will notice the "Required Forms" heading. 

No payment is required for RE. There is a $20 fee per students preparing for First Communion or Confirmation.

The registration form, media release form, annual medical information and release, and the permission for direct contact (only necessary for grades 6-12) can be e-signed and either printed and brought in to the office or emailed to [email protected]. The COVID-19 Waiver must be printed and brought in to the office or scanned and emailed.
