Christ Our Redeemer Catholic Church has a full time employment opportunity for a Facility Superintendent. This person will be responsible for maintaining all the properties of the church. Skills in carpentry, basic electrical circuits, mechanics and electronics are required. The facility manager would also be responsible for the daily upkeep and janitorial needs of the church and offices and conducting and maintaining an inventory of parish assets. This person would be responsible for assisting in the development of annual budgets for maintaining the facility and making purchases necessary to accomplish the upkeep of the facility. This position will be supervised by the Pastor who will provide quarterly reviews and an annual performance review. It is expected that the Facility Superintendent will meet occasionally with the Pastoral Council to report on facility updates. All candidates will be subject to background checks and diocesan fingerprinting. Respond to Rev. Roy C. There has been interest and requests by some parishioners to have their Sunday offering automatically withdrawn from their checking account and deposited to the church account. If you are interested in such a contribution option, let us hear from you. We are in dialog with our bank on the feasibility of making this option available.
